Such a cozy and atmospheric place! My husband and I absolutely love cortados, and this one was excellent. We were just passing through Springfield and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee. We also got fresh bagels for the kids - they were delicious. We'll definitely stop by again the next time we're in town!

I’ve known the owner for many years and how passionate he is with coffee. I saw he opened this shop and knew the next time I traveled home I would have to try it. I love coffee and feel very passionate myself about good coffee. I can confirm this is one of the best coffees I’ve had and there is a lot of great coffee in North Carolina. Highly recommend supporting this business and look forward to arrowroot coffee eventually finding its way into more stores all over the country.

What a great place in a perfect location downtown! Visited for the first time and was so impressed. Service and staff were warm and friendly. Almost no wait after ordering even on a busy Sunday morning. Sat in the seating by the window and it was so comfortable and had such a cool vibe! The coffee was hot and the flavor on point. I love a good dark roast. I'll definitely be back and will be telling others to try.

I ordered a Lavender Dream Latte and it was delicious — smooth, lightly floral, and comforting. The drip coffee was a bit darker than we expected, but still enjoyable. Overall, the ambiance is great and makes it a lovely spot to relax. Service was great as well. Street parking is available.
